What's included in the rental?
Starting at $800 a day: the truck and its wood-fired oven on site for up to 6 hours, 2 bags of hardwood, and delivery and pickup within 25 miles. The on-site time includes 45 minutes for your cook to fire the oven before service and 30 minutes to break down after.
Who does the cooking?
Your team, your caterer or your own pizzaiolo. You supply the food and the people cooking, and your cook fires the oven. We deliver the truck, show your cook how to light and run the oven, and drive it away afterwards.
Can we cook more than pizza?
Yes. It's a real wood-fired oven, so your cook can bake flatbreads and focaccia, roast vegetables and meats, and cook in cast-iron skillets, from appetizers to dessert. Bring your own pans and tools for anything beyond pizza.
How many pizzas can it make?
The oven bakes 2–3 pizzas at once. For a big crowd, have dough balls and toppings ready so your cook can keep a steady rhythm.
Why does the price change by date?
The day rate depends on demand: Saturdays, holidays and big Las Vegas event weeks cost more than a quiet weekday. The calendar and your quote always show the exact price before you commit.
Where do you deliver?
Across the Las Vegas valley, from Red Rock Canyon to Lake Mead. Delivery is free within 25 driving miles; farther out it's $125 up to 35 miles and $250 up to 40 miles. Beyond 40 miles, call us and we'll see what's possible.
How do I book?
Pick a date on the availability calendar and send a request. It isn't a booking yet: we check every date personally and reply within one business day with a quote. You accept it online, sign the rental agreement online and pay the refundable $500 damage deposit plus 50% of the rental. The rest is due by the event day.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 7 days before your event. Popular dates go first, so earlier is better.
Can we keep it longer than the included hours?
Yes. Extra time is billed in half-hour steps from $150 an hour, and the booking form shows the cost as you choose your times.
Do you need insurance from us?
Yes. Before the event we ask for a certificate of insurance from you or your venue, and we send the exact wording it needs.
Does it need a power hookup?
No. The oven burns hardwood, so the truck runs off-grid. It needs a flat spot to park, with room on the oven side for your team to work.
