How it works
From request to first pizza.
Booking takes a few minutes online. On the day, we bring the truck and the fire; your team brings the dough and the appetite.
Before the event
Five steps, all online.
- 1
Request a date
Pick an open date on the calendar, at least 7 days ahead. Each date shows its price, and the form adds up extra time and delivery for your venue. A request holds nothing yet.
- 2
Get your quote
We check every request personally and reply within one business day with a written quote and a link to your booking page.
- 3
Accept and sign online
Accept the quote on your booking page, then read and sign the rental agreement online. No printing or scanning.
- 4
Pay to lock the date
The refundable $500 damage deposit plus 50% of the rental is due at signing. Your date is confirmed once it's received.
- 5
Send the insurance certificate
We email the exact wording. The certificate comes from you, your venue or whoever runs the oven, at least 3 days before the event.

Delivery and walkthrough
We park the truck and show your cook how to light the oven, feed the fire and shut it down safely.
Before the first pizza
Your cook fires the oven
Your cook lights the fire and brings the oven up to temperature. Your on-site time includes 45 minutes for this.
Service
Your team cooks
The oven bakes 2–3 pizzas at once. Need longer? Extra time is $150/hour in half-hour steps.
30 minutes after service
Breakdown and pickup
We close up the truck and drive it away.
After the event
Settling up.
- The remaining 50% of the rental is due by the event day.
- Your damage deposit comes back within 5 business days of pickup, less any documented damage.
- Plans changed? Cancel 14 or more days ahead for a full refund. See the rental terms for the details.
